1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or opting in to receive communications from Brass Tacks Tech or its contractor partners, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Brass Tacks Tech provides software and automation solutions—including review engine workflows via Make.com and SMS messaging via Twilio—to help local contractors request customer feedback and reviews following completed service jobs.

3. SMS Messaging & Opt-In

  • Communication: By providing your mobile number to a participating local contractor or via service intake, you agree to receive automated post-service review request messages.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text message. After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that service thread.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for help, or reach out to us directly.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

4. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal data and explicitly ensures that mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Brass Tacks Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or messaging systems.
